I discovered a truely amazing recipe yesterday. It involved
  • tin of chopped tomatoes
  • chorizo [which I forgot to draw]
  • chopped peppers
  • diced onions
  • green beans
  • and some sweet chilli sauce
The onions need frying and then everything else can get put in the pan. There should be enough for 3 meals if you have it with rice, jacket potatoes, or anything else.
