I have come to realise, I would be lost without a diary. I used to have post-it notes reminders everywhere to the point where they were taking up too much space. So I decided to buy a moleskine. It travels with me everywhere, holds my work shifts, shopping lists, things to do, ideas.. and even spare change. I love it.
