what is this

I draw using flash because I dont really understand illustrator and have found every so often it exports my drawings really weirdly. Ive tried saving files differently every which way, changing the dpi, the name, new files and still I cant figure out why its happening.
So here is an example, I saved this drawing 3 times, and it came out differently each time.
